How do I change my PayPal email address?
Please review this guide to setting up your Tipalti payment profile in your Journey dashboard. You have the option to use PayPal OR a number of other payment methods.
How do I check my payment history?
Please log into your Journey account through your Grow Publisher Portal and click on the Analytics tab.
Click on ‘View Payments’ and then you should see the button for ‘Payment History’ in the Payments Overview page.
What if I don't have a PayPal account?
No problem, we have several other payment options for you. If you'd like to use PayPal for Journey payments, please visit paypal.com and create one. It's fast, easy and free.
Do I need to create a separate PayPal account for my business?
If you have a separate Tax ID for your business, we would recommend setting up a separate PayPal account for your business.
Will I get a 1099?

When do I get paid?
You will be paid NET65 and PayPal payments will be sent on the 5th of each month. You can read more about why we pay NET65 here.

Can I still receive payments via ACH if I'm a US Resident?
Yes. We use Tipalti for our payment system, so publishers have the option of receiving payments via ACH, PayPal, and a myriad of other options. Review the list here.
Why did I receive multiple payments?
If you made more than $10,000 in one payment period, we are required to split up your payment due to the max size of PayPal payments ($10k). The payments should total up to the same as the amount listed in your dashboard.
Additionally, if you run more than one site with Journey, payments are done on a per-site basis unless you group payments into the same Payment Profile.
