Not sure when you’re getting paid or what your current payment status is? Understanding the different transaction statuses in your Grow Publisher Portal will help you better determine when the funds will hit your bank account.
You can always check on the status of your payment by going to the Analytics tab in your Grow Publisher Portal > View Payments > Payment History.
- Processing: We are processing the payment amount over to our payment partner, Tipalti.
- Submitted: The payments have been submitted for payment in Tipalti, and they are working at distributing the funds to your specified account.
- Paid: Paid! It means the money has been transferred to your account. Sometimes, these funds can take an additional 24 hours to appear in your statement.
- Rejected: The payment has been declined. This can happen because of incorrect payment details, the bank rejecting the payment, your PayPal account needing further verification, etc. There are several reasons your payment can show as rejected. You can review why by checking your invoice.
- Deferred: This can mean that you have put your payment on hold or that Tipalti has deferred the payment because additional information is needed in your Payment Profile. You can check if that is the case by navigating to Step 1 of your Payment Profile.
If you do not see a status in your Payment History, this means a payment has not been submitted. The majority of the time, this is because the payment threshold has not been met. You can read more about the minimum payout amounts here.
If you see your payment has been rejected or you have met the threshold but do not see a payment status, please contact payments@journeymv.com. Please be sure to include your site URL in your email.
Please note: Processing times rely heavily on individual banking institutions. Some institutions take a little longer than others. We are not able to see any additional information once the status has switched to Submitted and, therefore, cannot estimate processing times.
