Hello, changed the theme of this website to Kadence: https://mobileinternist.com/
Ever since the change, the ads have stopped appearing. I'd appreciate it if you could recrawl the site.

    Thank you ;)

    Hi there,

I've changed themes (from custom built for me to Kadence) and have gone live today. Can you please recrawl my site? I can't see any ads in the content and sidebar yet.

    Thank you :)

    Hey there,

I just rethemed my site today. Everything seems to be okay as far as ads go, but if you wouldn't mind double-checking, I'd appreciate it.

    My site is https://sproutedgarden.com

    Thanks!

    Hello Journey Support Team,
I recently switched my website's theme from Elementor to Blocksy. Since the switch, my in-content ads are no longer appearing, although the sticky footer ad is still displaying correctly.
Could you please re-crawl my site and update the selectors for the new Blocksy layout?
    Site URL: https://mickyworldng.com/
    Old Setup: Elementor
    New Setup: Blocksy
I have already cleared all site and CDN caches. Thank you for your help!

I have changed themes…can I get my site checked please?   I noticed that I am not getting in content ads or sidebar ads and my privacy policy is not being accepted anymore.

Erin It looks like when you switched themes, the ad script went missing! You'll want to add that back and then we can take another look! These steps should help you out.

Support - -I double checked it…can you check again?  It's there.  Right above my - -<title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title>   tag.

I am using the script wrapper, correct?

    Thanks!

Hello, my website is new to the platform. No ads are being displayed except for the one that sticks to the bottom of the screen.

    Website: https://visnoinvest.com.br/news/12132/itausa-itsa4-registra-lucro-de-r-165-bi-em-2025

I have tested with ?test=houseads, but still no ads are showing.

Currently, I have another ad network running (which I will remove once Journey is working properly). I also tested without any other ad network, but no ads are displayed.

viniciussn — it looks like I'm seeing ads display, could you please take a look? Existing ads will need to be removed in order for the script to properly display ads.

Erin Thanks so much! Ads are displaying, but I noticed that you're using a content hint in your sidebar, which is overriding Journey's in-content ad placements. Removing this HTML block in your sidebar should take care of it.

    Hi team!

I've just migrate to Word Press from Weebly ☠️ All my top earning posts have already been migrated and I have a handful more to do.

Can you check if everything is in place correctly now and whether or not a recrawl is needed?

    Thanks so much! 🥰

Hi, I have a Next.js/Tailwind calculator site with a 3-column layout on calculator pages. I've added journey-sidebar and sidebar classes to my sidebar, with sidebar_atf_target and sidebar_btf_target divs at the bottom. The sidebar is ≥300px wide on desktop. When testing with ?test=houseads I can't see a house ad placeholder in the sidebar.

Can you re-scan/re-target my site? Here's a sample URL: completecalculators.com/calculators/finance/loan

I'd also like to configure a manual ad placement above the calculator widget on the left column on these pages, is that possible?

    Thank you

    Hi Trevor Fortune

Thanks for adding that journey-sidebar class to your sidebar. I had our script recrawl your site and you're now targeted for your sticky sidebar ad.

As of now, Journey does not support any custom placements for ads. That remains one of the benefits of advancing to Mediavine Official.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
