Hey, I made change in the single post design in my website. I add a sidebar for desktop version, but no ads are showing in the sidebar. I want sticky sidebar ads. Also, in content ads are mostly “Get Grow Today” ads. Please recrawl my website to fix the sidebar and in content ads issues. I am using elementor page builder to build my website.

    Thanks

S.M Rasel - thanks for reaching out! It looks like we'll need a few adjustments before Journey can place a sidebar ad:
    - Your sidebar needs to retain a width of 300px on all desktop screen-sizes, down to a viewport width of 1200px

    - Since you're using Elementor, your sidebar needs a unique class or ID that Journey can use to target a sidebar ad. I recommend using sometihing like jrny-sidebar

If you make those changes, please follow up so we can take a look from our end.

    Dear journey by mediavine team

annualsmartphone.com My website is showing only two to four ads on the entire article. When I go to someone else's website, the entire ad is visible on their article. Around 10 to 12 ads are showing, is it because of the theme that the ads are showing less on my website?

    Hi ramshayaseen

It looks like your site is using TagDiv for a page builder. Page builders like TagDiv can cause issue with Journey's ad targeting because they don't have consistent structure between posts and they often don't have a unique target for in-content ads. For more information about this, you can check out this help document.

Hey Elias - I just checked a few posts on desktop, and I'm seeing ads load in. The selectors Journey uses to place ads for both desktop/mobile are the same, so if you're seeing ads on one, ads will also likely be serving on the other.

    Hi Journey team,

I’ve updated my blog layout at https://www.architeg-prints.com/blog to include a non-sticky, ≥300 px sidebar on desktop.
    Details:

    • Desktop: selector .blog-sidebar is 320 px wide and meets the minimum width requirement.
    • Mobile: Sidebar stacks under the main content, no horizontal scroll or overflow.
    • The sidebar is static (not sticky), following Journey’s requirements.

Could you please recrawl my site and confirm that the sidebar is recognized for ad placements?

    Thanks a lot!
    Valeriy

I have configured the plugin TagDiv, but the issue still persists.

ramshayaseen I recrawled your site and I'm now seeing more in-content ads on the posts I checked, so you should be all set. As this article highlights, you aren't guaranteed to get consistent or optimal ad placements when using page builders, but as long as your content area stays consistent you'll be good to go

Hi Robin Simmons - I'm seeing an email from our team regarding the status of your account. Ads were paused due to high amounts of traffic over a short period of time. The email should have included a link with next steps. If you're not seeing this, please let me know and we can send this along again

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
