Srirup Mazumdar - I just looked, and I'm seeing ads on your site serve as expected - including the Universal Player ad.

The Universal Player will only populate if there is an ad to serve - demand can vary depending on a few factors, but location plays a big part.

If you ever want to test placement for the Universal Player, you can add ?test=outstream to the end of any URL.

    Hello,

I’m fairly new to Journey and I’ve noticed that in-content ads are not showing on my website at ginangiela.com. Other ad types (Adhesion Ads, Universal Video Player, and Sticky Sidebar Ads) are displaying correctly; the issue is limited to in-content ads only.

My website is built with Elementor, and I’ve read your article on page builders. Unfortunately, the article only states that there seems to be a problem between Journey and page builders, but doesn’t provide any solution to solve the issue.

To rule out Elementor as the cause for in-content ads not showing on my site, I created a dummy post using the native WordPress editor only (no page builder involved): https://ginangiela.com/87885-2/

In-content ads do not appear there either, which leads me to believe this is not solely an Elementor-related issue.

Additionally, I see several websites built with Elementor where Journey in-content ads are working, for example:

Apart from that, a user mentions in this community post that she added custom classes (journey-ad-content-area and journey-ad-sidebar-area) to resolve the issue.

Could you please help with the following:

    1. Could you check why in-content ads are not showing on my website at all?
    2. Could you explain how to correctly enable in-content ads on pages created with Elementor?
Specifically, where exactly in Elementor (which section, widget, or advanced setting) these custom classes or any required code should be added.

Thank you very much for your help.

    Best regards,
    Angie
