    Hi All! I can jump in here to provide some insight. 

    We’ve looked into the reports of missing March payments and wanted to share an update. What we’re seeing is a combination of a few factors that may be giving the impression that payments are missing, but rest assured, no payments have been lost, and we’re actively working to process them.

    First, due to the holiday week in the U.S., payments from our side will be processed on or before July 5th. Some payments have already started rolling out to Tipalti, which will then process them to your financial institution. After they’re sent, you’ll see them reflected in your Payment History dashboard. For more information on payment statuses, please see this help article.

    Second, the Recent Payments section on your dashboard only displays the last three months of earned payments. We’re following up with our product team to explore ways to add more clarity around payments that are in progress but not currently visible on the dashboard. 

    For security reasons, we’re unable to discuss individual payment details here in the community. That said, I can see that some accounts mentioned in this thread are already showing as paid on our end 

    If you still have questions after the 5th, feel free to reach out directly to payments@journeymv.com.

    If you need to email in, please be sure to include the following:
    - domain/URL
    - email associated with the account
    - amount expected to be paid

    Important Note: We have a $100 payment threshold for most payment methods. If you’re inquiring about your payment, confirm it should be over $100.

    Just a heads up - payments@journeymv.com is only for payment-related questions. Any other questions should still be directed to the community.

    I am also facing this issue my March PAyment should have arrived with april payment but march payment is missing

    okay same thing happened to me… so must be a widespread issue. Hope someone comes back with a response / explanation really soon.

    Hi Journey team! Am also having similar issue. The payment of March is not submitted for payment along with the april one. Kindly look into it.

    I hope you're doing well. I noticed that my March earnings are missing from the report. Only my April earnings have been mentioned so far.

    Yesterday, I received the payday email, but it only includes the payment for April. I haven’t received the earnings from March until now.

    Could you please check on your end and let me know what happened with the March earnings? I’d appreciate your help in resolving this.

    I’d love to say this sounds like it makes sense but it doesn’t.

    I’ve received a payment. It’s for April. It’s under the $100 threshold (my threshold is actually $200 because I’m in the UK). April payment slip is under payments and previous slip is for January and February. No sign of March (over $100) which I can only see when I put the dates in and check all stats.

    They wouldn’t be paid separately and actually neither should have been paid? As together March and April didn’t hit $200. 

    I will email again as I didn’t include some of the information you’ve suggested to include.

    I have the exact same problem. My earnings for March were under the payment threshold, but combined with April, the amount would suffice for a payment. I did receive the payday e-mail yesterday, informing only the amount for April, and today I received the payment - for April only. The amount earned in March is missing, like many other people here. Thank you for the attention.

    Alok Dey - I just took a look, and I'm showing your account as Paid on our end. I'd recommend reaching out to your bank if you do not see those funds in your account yet.

    I’ve not had a response to my emails but I did receive the second payment. 

    However I’m not keen to skirt over the fact that a) they’ve been made in separate payments and b) neither on their own or together hit the $200 threshold for payment. Had the first payment not been below the threshold I wouldn’t even have queried anything and potentially would’ve missed the fact a month had been skipped. So really need to not trust that things happen when they should.

    I always get my payment via Wise, that's why I am confuse about the process to I reachout to them. Because in their dashboard I only notice Wise only recieve April'25 payment on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 7:22 PM from  Mediavine Inc. Will you please help me to get my payment?
