[Resolved] Unable to Accept May 1st Terms of Service Update
PinnedWhen I open my Grow acccount, this is what I see
"Journey’s Terms of Service Update
To continue using Journey as a Site Owner, please carefully review and accept the updated Terms of Service. Recent changes include updates to the "Term and Termination" section and Section 5 of Exhibit A (Policies).
If you do not accept the new terms by May 26, 2025, your account will be deactivated."
The “Accept Terms and Conditions” button is grayed out, and I cannot click on it.
Please let me know what to do.

Hi folks,
Thanks so much for your patience. We've recently released an update that will allow you to accept the updated Journey TOS upon logging in.
If you're still having issues, we recommend both clearing your site cache and attempting to log out and back in.The fix will also allow you to access the Payments tab on your Grow dashboard. If you're still not seeing payments, please email payments@journeymv.com, and our team will be happy to take a closer look.

Hey Margaret Clegg thanks for reaching out! Could I have you try accepting those terms after logging into your account through a new incognito browser window? Let me know if you continue to have issues.

I tried using the Incognito mode and still could not accept the terms and conditions.

Just an update – our engineering teams are still working on a fix for this issue. We appreciate everyone's patience while our teams work to get this resolved, and we'll be sure to update this thread once we've confirmed the Terms of Service is functioning as intended!

Same here! My site was accepted, but the "Accept" button for the Terms of Service is grayed out and I can't access anything. Hope someone has a fix!

I have this as well. I tried Google, MSN, cleared my cache, updated everything, cleared cache again, and no change. It also looks like I have no ads on my site, and of course, I can't get into Grow to look into it. Please help!

So why not remove this warning for everyone for now while you fix the bug so we can see our stats and use the other functions?

Hi Team, I haven't received the ‘Accept Terms and Conditions’ button yet, but my payment history tab looks empty, and past payment details are gone. Please look into this, too.
