    Hi Paige Gilmore , I took a look at your site and it looks like your're using Squarespace to run your site. The way that Squarespace builds websites is not very compatible with Journey ads. You can read more about this on this help article

    If you would like to continue using Squarespace for your site, you'l want to make sure all of your content is placed within a single container, rather than split into many smaller containers.

    Hiya! Thank you for your help, I can see there are now ads appearing in the articles. Did you re-crawl the website? I'll be adding a lot more content to the website for the next few months, do I need to request a re-crawl periodically?

    Yeah Squarespace is really hamstringing us currently. We're looking at moving over to Wordpress, did you have any recommendations for other website hosting platforms?

    Hey Paige Gilmore - you won't need to request a recrawl of your site unless you make structural changes to posts. 

    Each site's needs differ regarding WordPress hosting, so we don't have a one-size-fits-all recommendation for a host, but I invite other members of the community to chime in if they have any thoughts on this topic.

    Hi Support I'm using the exclude pages function under the grow settings < recommended content tab. Does this not work?

    Hey Paige Gilmore  - Grow's exclude pages feature only applies to Grow's Recommended Content and search features (article). To remove ads from a post, you'll want to follow the steps in the article that Ryan linked.
