Theme Change? Post here!
Pinned FeaturedIn general, we can work with almost any theme. The most important thing is that you have a sidebar that's at least 300 pixels wide and doesn't shrink to smaller than that. You'll also want a responsive design that includes a mobile view.
Since theme changes have been known to make ads disappear, we recommend launching a new theme during business hours which are Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm CST.
Important reminders:
- If your new theme has a sticky sidebar, our script will not be able to place a sticky sidebar ad. You'll need to ‘un-stick’ your sidebar to make sure we can properly target an ad there.
- We recommend a font size between 18-22px and a line height of 1.6-1.8.
- Journey ad placement works best with long-form post content. Because of this - we only place content ads in post templates with long-form post content.
- Right now, Journey only places content ads throughout actual post content since otherwise these ads could break the layout of pages. We also don't currently have an option for manual ad placement, but you'll still have the adhesion banner ad and Universal Video Player able to load on the homepage.
Once you've changed your theme - please comment in this thread with your site URL so we can make sure selectors are correct and recrawl your site if need be!

Hello. I've changed my theme for my site, www.growthtactics.net, and my in-content ads have disappeared. Can I please get a recrawl on my site? Thank you.

Milton Campbell - Your site has been recrawled and your in-content ads are good to go. Since your sidebar has sticky functionality, the script didn't place a sidebar ad on your new theme. Let us know if you decide to disable the sticky functionality and we'll recrwal again to get the sidebar ad set up.

Hello, I've changed the theme for my site, https://luxluna.blog/ and my in-content ads have disappeared. Can I please get a recrawl on my site? Thank you!

Hey boatsgeek - ads look to be loading on our end. As a reminder, seeing those ‘grow’ ads mean that the Journey script is placing ads, you're just not actively seeing advertisers bid on your traffic. This is especially common for site owners, as they spend more time than average on a site than other readers.

Arti Rout - it looks like there was another change to the underlying HTML of your content from the last time Journey rescraped your site. Since you're currently using a Page Builder, any small adjustments to the HTML can cause ads to go missing.
More information about running Journey alongside a pagebuilder theme can be found here0 -
Ads are working now. I am using generateblocks. I have noticed whenever there is any update in single page layout template, ads stop showing in article section.
Thank you for help

Not really a theme changed but on my site movimentofire.it in-content ads are not showing for articles under the “wiki” section e.g. https://movimentofire.it/wiki/indipendenza-finanziaria/. They work fine in regular articles, any idea why and if this can be fixed?

In-content and sidebar ads are not showing on URLs under https://midforex.com/forex/*, eg: https://midforex.com/forex/eur-to-usd-forecast , although everything works perfectly on other pages like https://midforex.com/stocks/nvda-forecast and across https://midforex.com/stocks/*.
It seems this may be due to outdated indexing or crawling, as the site recently resumed using Mediavine ads after a few months of inactivity. A recrawl might be needed to resolve the issue.
