Sidebar ads not showing despite all troubleshooting

Hi Support,  Support . Ads aren't showing in my sidebar. It was a sticky sidebar, so I fixed it so that it's no longer sticky, but that hasn't helped. And cleared all cache even on the server side.

Also, in the process of trying to get sidebar ads to work, I clicked the add script button again (after ads were already running for a few days). Still not working. Please assist.

    Hello John i made some changes to my sidebar and some changes are not reflecting as they should. There is a white space that should not be there. Please recrwal the script. Thanks

    Hi Loraine Lee. The white space was actually coming from the Grow Recommended content widget that wasn't showing on the site. Space was being reserved, but the widget wasn't populating because the site doesn't have the open graph metadata that it uses to grab posts to display. I went ahead and disabled the sidebar and inline widgets for now on our end, so you should no longer see the whitespace. 

    If you'd like you re-enable the widgets, you can in your Grow Recommended Content settings. You can refer to this article (and others in the library) to get the open graph data on the site so that posts appear in the widgets. Thanks!

    This is very okay John, now it's perfect. You have been very helpful! Cheers.. On a side note i have a pending application for my other niche site, cleanbeautycoach.com, that's also doing good as well, and i the submitted application at the same time as my current approved site, but haven't gotten any feedback, any update?

    Hello John I hope this festive season is kind to you. Finally cleanbeatycoach.com was accepted and I'm having the same issues with as my initial site, (i.e) side bar ads not showing and the white space (refer to this chat) in the side bar, please fix as exacly as you did with the initial site.     Support Support Hi, Journey Team could you please check and re-crawl my site?

    I've turned off sticky and also added an extra class “sidebar” and set the sidebar to 300px but the sidebar ads still not showing. Thank you in advance. Have a nice day.

    Hi Loraine Lee - it looks like you're currently using a sticky-sidebar widget in your sidebar, which is incompatible with the sticky sidebar ad journey places in your sidebar. If you remove this widget, please let us know so we can rescrape your site.
