Hi Mohammad Ammar. Your earnings are based on CPM and Impressions. RPM is calculated AFTER the fact. The actual revenue you earn is counted by Impressions served * Ad Value (CPM) / 1,000.
Impressions (how many ads you served) and CPM (how much advertisers are spending per 1000 impressions) are pulled directly from the ad server.

Hey Mohammad Ammar - It looks like your Ads.txt is out of date. This can definitely have an impact on your revenue so you'll want to get that updated as soon as possible. You can read more about your ads.txt here.

Hey Support , I have added the ads.txt file, please check and let me know if there is anything else missing?

Hey Mohammad Ammar - Your ads.txt is showing as a 404 page from what I can see. You'll want to use these instructions to get that ads.txt installed and up to date.

Mohammad Ammar - I'm seeing an out-of-date ads.txt file uploaded to your site. I recommend grabbing the most up to date copy from your Journey settings under your ‘Ads.txt’ options, and uploading this version to your site.

Hey Support I just uploaded the latest file form the journey settings page yesterday. I have uploaded in the root directory as my website is not on wordpress.
https://gameorbits.online/ads.txt Please check this link aswell.0 -
Mohammad Ammar - the version we're seeing on your site is
# Ads.txt v20240822- the most up-to-date version available from your Journey Dashboard is# Ads.txt v20240912- updating to this version will take care of the out-of-date notice you're seeing.Another option would be adding a redirect to our servers so you don't have to manually update the ads.txt file any time there's an update, and you can read instructions on how to do that here.

Hey Support , thanks for the support its done now. Also can you please look into my impressions per session they pretty low. I have seen some recordings of my traffic and they are recording ad impressions but they are not shown on the grow dashboard?
Please note that the Ads.txt file got updated yesterday, could this be a reason?0 -
Hey Mohammad Ammar I took a look at your site and the biggest thing I'm noticing is that your Impressions Per Pageview are very low because your content doesn't leave a lot of room for in-content ads.

The numbers you see here are only counting ads that are showing within the body of your content - not units like the adhesion ad, the universal player, or your sidebar ad.
Journey's ad setup works best with long-form content because you're paid based on impressions rather than sessions/pageviews. Our ad tech works best with posts/pages that keep a reader engaged and scrolling, but with shorter posts, readers aren't given enough content to continue scrolling through and don't have much to engage with.0 -
Hey Support , thanks for the help but my website is a browser gaming website where users only engage with the games so there cannot be in content ads.
as for the adhesion ad, the universal player, or your sidebar ad, they are currently not being filled for some reason :/
Can you please recommend any changes that could be done to improve this?
