It looks like this is an issue for a small number of publishers - we're still waiting to hear back from our engineers and will let you know as soon as we have an update in this thread!

UPDATE: This should now be resolved - thank you for your patience!

Hi Eliza Cross ! Thanks for writing in. I just took a look at your dashboard, but everything is loading in normally and I'm not getting this error on my end. Could you let us know if this behavior is still happening and provide a screenshot if so?

    Thanks!

Rachel, thank you! The problem resolved itself without any action from me. Maybe a glitch with my server? I appreciate you looking into the issue.

Hi, I got the same error when I logged in to Journey dashboard. It shows “Error: No data returned for operation `JourneyAnalyticsPageQuery`, got error(s): Internal API failed See the error `source` property for more information.”

    My website is https://rbtpracticetest.com/

Hi Aakriti Sharma, Marc M, and The Social Worker. Thanks for letting us know! There was a temporary outage in the dashboard last night, but it's been resolved. The dashboard should be functioning as normal. Thanks!!

Hi, John Support I am also experiencing this issue.

Error: No data returned for operation `JourneyAnalyticsPageQuery`, got error(s): Internal API failed See the error `source` property for more information.

{  "errors": [    {      "message": "Internal API failed",

I can not access the Dashboard; the other menu has the same issue but can be refreshed, however, the trick does not work on Analytic only.

    Thank you in advance.

Rizal Ang I would try the following:

    - Clear your browser cache

    - Try in a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc)

    - Try in an incognito window

    - Try disabling any browser extensions/ad blockers

    - Restart your computer

Hopefully the above will resolve the issue!

    Hi Team,

I got the same error on my site https://rbtexam4u.com/ which uses various wordpress plugins.

    Tips to Solve this error..

Check the Source Property: Look for the source section in the error message. It might include a stack trace, error code, or additional clues about what failed.

Verify the Query: Ensure the JourneyAnalyticsPageQuery is correctly formatted and that any required parameters (e.g., user ID, date range) are included.

API Status: If this is from a third-party service (e.g., a web analytics tool), check their status page or support docs for outages or known issues.

Retry or Report: Sometimes, internal API failures are temporary—try again after a short wait. If it persists, contact the system administrator or support team with the full error details.

Hey rici86 - thanks for reaching out! The error you're seeing is likely due to the AWS outtage reported this morning. We're continuing to monitor, and will follow up when we see these errors start to clear here

    Hello,

I cannot access my publisher dashboard.

    I consistently get this error:
    GraphQL error: getCurrentUserCompanies – 401 Unauthorized (INTERNAL_API_FAILED)

    This happens immediately after login.

    I already tried:
    - Clearing cookies & site data
    - Allowing third-party cookies
    - Incognito mode
    - Different browser and network

My site is currently under review.

It seems my account/company context or session is broken on your backend.
Could you please reset my session or fix the company mapping for my account?

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
