We’re aware that some of you are seeing errors in the Grow Publisher Portal. This is related to a global AWS outage that occurred overnight, which has impacted several systems, including our reporting services and the Journey dashboard.
Our team is actively monitoring the situation, and we expect things to return to normal as AWS services stabilize. Most importantly, your earnings data is safe and will be available as soon as reporting tools are fully back online.
