How to Remove Ads from Bottom of Screen
AnsweredWe have a pop-up window on our site (Expatsi.com) that's the key component of our business. However, when someone accesses that pop-up on desktop, the Next button gets covered up by those ads at the bottom of the screen. The pop-up usually appears when you click the “Take the Test” button that users see when first loading the page. I've currently directed it to another URL for better user experience.
Can I disable the small rectangular ad that sits at the bottom of the screen? I haven't been able to find a place where I can fine-tune ad placement.

Hi Brett,
There currently isn't a way to adjust or remove ad placements on the site. The adhesion ad will show at the bottom of the page. Moving the popup to a separate page as you've done is a possible solution, but it could also make sense to just adjust the popup so that it displays a little higher up the page. Depending on how you're adding the popup, this could potentially be done via plugin settings or with some CSS. Thanks!!!

Hi John,
I thought we just had to paste some html into our page and it would block those ads from the bottom. I found an article in this community that recommended that (https://journeymv.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/25515886400539-How-to-Remove-Ads-From-Individual-Pages), and I pasted the following html into my posts, and it hasn't worked. Did I misunderstand the article?
Thanks, Robin

Hey vegandollhouse - the HTML you've provided is correct, but if you're implementing multiple different sets of blocklist code, we recommend formatting them as outlined here.
If you're having issues, you may want to ensure that your implementation of this code is correct on your site as well.
Thanks!

Support Is there anyway you can help me with blocking ALL ads on certain pages? This code snippet isn't working and it's driving me crazy and making some of the most important pages of my site look very unprofessional. :(

Hi Kat Vellos
The snippet you have on your site is blocking all of your in-content ads from appearing site-wide. This help document on setting up blocklist code refers to which snippets to add in order to block specific ad units. I would recommend using these on a page-by-page basis, because your current setup is removing the majority of your revenue earning ads from your site.
