    Hi Team, I have the exact same problem.
    My site is eligible for Journey but I'm not receving the confirmation email.
    We ruled out all potential issues from our side (spam folder, filters, we even added an admin). There's a glitch in your system as we aren't receiving emails.
    Could you please fix it for me? My site is associated to my email address.

    Hello Support ! I am having the same problem. I have hit the button to receive the email multiple times over the past 16 hours or so and still haven't received an email. I don't have any emails in my SPAM folder and don't have many filters set so I'm not sure what the issue is.  Can you let me know if it can be retriggered on your end or if you seen another issue? Thank you so much!

    Amelia just had our engineers make a small change - could you try again when you have a moment to resend the email and then let us know if it comes in over the next few hours?

    I am also having the same issue of not receiving the confirmation email. I have checked spam folders etc..

    I am also having this issue. I was able to confirm my email, but haven't had any additional emails. So, no idea if my application has been successful. 

     

    Is my application under review? If so, how long does that take? I would expect an email that the setup has worked before the 30+ days of monitoring!

    Alex Mills The issue referenced here is related to onboarding - can you confirm that after you submitted an application, you recieved an email from Journey?

    Support  I have applied and had no confirmation email. This is why I’m asking you to confirm here, if my application is in progress and my site Alexjessicamills.com is in the 30 day monitoring period. Or if something hasn’t worked?

    My website is under review from last 3 months, i've very good traffic from google and still not recieved any email from journey. 

    Please confirm is my website is acceptable in your program or not?

    Hi,

    I received an email yesterday notifying me that I was accepted into Journey. When l log into my Grow account and try to follow the steps to get started, I'm stuck on the first step, verifying my email. I did not receive the email. It is not in my spam folder. Any help with this would be appreciated!
