For security reasons, the email address associated with the account owner cannot be changed without verification. The account owner must always be the individual whose information matches the Payment Profile and who agreed to the Terms of Service.
Requesting an Owner Email Change
If you need to update the owner's email address, successful identity verification through our third-party verification vendor is required before any changes can be made.
Please note:
The verified individual must match the name and details listed on the Payment Profile.
The verified individual must be the person who signed the Terms of Service.
We can only maintain one account owner per account.
If identity verification is not completed successfully, we will be unable to update the owner's email.
In certain situations, a new application will be required instead of an email update. These may include (but are not limited to):
Changes to the Payment Profile (name, date of birth, address, or banking details)
Ownership transfers between family members or business partners
Situations involving a compromised or breached owner email address that cannot be securely verified
