Hi Ed , It looks like you still have Ezoic running on your site and your Grow script is being optimized. You'll need to make sure Grow is properly installed on your site in order for your Journey script to be properly added. Once Ezoic is removed and your Grow and Journey scripts are running without any optimizations, you should be good to go

Hi, that's the issue I'm having, like I said, the ezoic was already completely deleted from my website, and grow plugin is active (i'm logged in from the plugin to grow), yet ads are still not running.

Seems like it was my plugin cache issue, ads are running now, thanks.

    Hi,

I'd like to re-brand my site to expand into other fashion subjects, I would be redirecting my domain to a new one, what would be the process to get the ads sorted once the content has been moved and 301 is active?

    Thanks.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
