    Hi ExploringTheFoodScene , I took a look at your Grow Publisher Portal and your Mediavine Dashboard and it looks like your Tipalti connection is already set up. Are you still running into this issue?

    Hello Support, yes, my issue is still ongoing. 

    I'm wondering if the issue could be that the business name is my blog whereas in Tipalti is my first and last name.

    Could that be?

    Hi ExploringTheFoodScene - as my colleague stated, it looks like your tipalti account has been properly set up, and I don't beleive the error you're seeing is tied to a different business info name. 

     

    Could you try logging into your dashboard (https://publishers.grow.me/) in a new incognito browser window, and let us know if that helps? Please use the link I've included in this message to log in.
