Stuck at Payment Setup
Am stuck at the Payment Setup step of the onboarding. I have successfully submitted my id and face image; however, I have not received any feedback from Stripe/Mediavine. Am just wondering how long this process takes? Was I to receive an email? Whats happening?

Hi Joshua Achoka — it looks like you should have received an email from us regarding payment setup. Can you verify that the email we have on file is correct, and that you're not seeing this email in your spam folder?

Hi, the email you have in the file is correct. I have checked and did check my spam folder, but I didn't see any email from Journey. Can it be resend
