Error accepting Journey Terms of Service – unable to proceed
Hi Grow team,
I’m unable to accept the Journey Terms of Service for my site.
When I click “Accept Terms And Conditions”, I always get this error:
“There was an error accepting the Terms of Service. Please try again.”
What I’ve tried:
- Chrome (normal + incognito)
- Safari
- Multiple attempts over several hours
The checkbox works, but the acceptance never saves.
This seems like a backend / dashboard bug blocking onboarding.
Could someone please reset or manually apply the Journey TOS for my site?

I’m also having this problem with my setup! I also tried multiple browsers. Will stay tuned for the update on how to fix!

I am also experiencing this and here is a screen shot of what I'm seeing if that is helpful. Both the text on the screen says it is a placeholder as well as the download says it is a placeholder. I also tried multiple browsers, incognito mode and from my phone.
