Analytics not updating
Firstly, I haven't been able to access the new dashboard on https://publishers.mediavine.com/ since the holidays period.
Secondly, my analytics on https://publishers.grow.me/ isn't updating since Jan 5.
Am I being kicked out?

Joanne T - a reporting delay was causing a few dashboards to not show updated data last week. Looking at your site this afternoon, I'm seeing updated data. Please try logging out and back in if you're still having issues.
Regarding the new dashboard, could you please clarify what specifically you're seeing when attempting to access the new dashboard? Screenshots are appreciated — thanks!0 -
Yes, my data is updating with 2-3 days difference.
This is what I'm seeing for the new dashboard, no matter if I go home or reload:

Joanne T — Let's start with your Analytics. Could you please access your Journey dashboard (https://publishers.grow.me/) in a new incognito browser window and send me a screenshot of what you're seeing? Please include the URL of the site that you're looking at as well.

Analytics is fine for now. I assume the one-day late data update is due to regional difference (it's the night of 15th where I'm at now). It's only sometimes it's 1-3 days delay.

not sure if you've done something backend, but i can access the new dashboard now.
edit: new dashboard is only accessible in incognito browser.

Hey Joanne T - A lot of the time when we see this happen, it's because there's an ad blocker that's conflicting with how the new dashboard is loading! If you're able to open it in an incognito browser, that's likely what's happening.

I see. My ads setting wasn't an issue for the dashboard before…
