    I'm having exactly the same issue. I've repeated the same process I've been using all year—downloading manually, installing into my site, clearing my site's cache, and refreshing, and it's not working whatsoever.

    I wish I had a solution for you—just frustrated that MV can't provide more active support when these issues happen.

    Hi Folks - we've reached out about this a few times in the community, but if you're having issues verify your Ads.txt file when manually placing it, we recommend connecting with your host to set up a redirect instead. 
     

    This post has a little more information - your Ads.txt URL can be found in your settings. From there, your host just needs to set up a redirect so that all traffic is instead directed to /ads.txt on your site.
