    Hi Michael Simpson , that sounds frustrating!

    I can see on your site that you do have the Grow plugin running correctly. While you're logged into your wp-admin page, go to your Grow Publisher Portal. Click on the Finish Journey Setup button and then the Install With Grow For Wordpress.

    Then go ahead and click on the Enable Ads Script button.

    If you run into any error messages while doing this, please take a screenshot and let us know!

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I've tried what you've said, but I'm still not able to complete the onboarding. I get an error message that says, “We can’t seem to find your ads script.” I can see that it's there, so I'm not sure what's going.

    Also, my Wordpress site has a slight variation from the norm for the URL. My admin location is https://www.skepticalraptor.com/blog/wp-admin/

    There was some reason that it was set up like that 15 years ago, and it has never caused me a problem. I was able to run Mediavine ads easily.

    Hi Michael Simpson - it looks like your site is blocking Journey's user-agent from accessing your site, which is why you're seeing the ‘can’t find your ad script' error when onboarding.

    When you have time, can you check with your host and have them double-check for any firewall rules that could be blocking our ‘MediavineMetadataParser/*’ user agent?
