    Great question, integraudio!

Before you can move forward with onboarding, you'll need to have Journey's ads.txt file in place. Right now, I'm still seeing Monumetric's ads.txt, so you'll want to get that removed and make sure the Journey ads.txt is the one that's serving before you can move forward.

Hey there, I had already changed the ads.txt file but when I checked site URL/ads.txt it was just showing monumetric ads anyway. Could it be because I'm in contract with Monumetric?

integraudio you'll want to reach out to Monumentric for clarification on your contract. They'll also be able to assist you with removing any existing ads.txt file you have on your site.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
