Hi Debbie M , I just took a look at your Journey dashboard and I'm seeing your impressions and RPM tracking like normal. Could you send a screenshot of what you're seeing?

This is what I've see for the past two days, haven't see RPMs, sessions or pageviews since the 20th.

Hi Debbie M - could you let us know which site this is for? Thanks!

For the https://themorganedit.com/ I'm just checked again and I'm only missing the 21st and 22nd, the days after seem to be loading fine.
But I have noticed my RPMs seems rather low, does that just take a few weks to go back up again? Thanks

Thanks for letting me know! I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary that may explain the low RPMs, but it does look like the dates that RPMs are lower line up with when you rebranded. It can take a few days for RPMs and earnings to climb again immediately after a rebrand, which looks like it may be the case here, as everything looks good in the week following your rebrand.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
