I recently activated journey and my site is built with thrive architect. The grow plug in says my site is connected but after clearing caches I don't see any ads so I'm wondering if it's a conflict with my page builder?

    Filipe Alves it looks like the Journey Script is not currently installed on your site. Since you're running WordPress, I recommend following the instructions to reinstall the script here.

    I had the script installed but the ads weren't showing. Are you able to confirm if it'll work with my page builder?

    Hi Filipe Alves , I took another look at your site and I'm not seeing your script installed still. 

    Our script is mostly designed to work with posts made with the Wordpress Block Editor. While it can certainly work with some page builders, that is the best way to make sure your ads are working correctly. You can read about it more in depth in this help document
