    Hi LIndsey Viscomi

These help documents should get you in the right direction:
    Ads.txt for WordPress
Onboarding: Troubleshooting Your Missing Ads.txt File

While you are doing these things, if you have an ad blocker on your browser, please turn it off as it can interfere with our systems.

I've tried both of these repeatedly and keep going in circles. I never get an option to enable txt. And when I try to download manually nothing happens when I click on that button. I've wasted house going in circles. Any other advice?

Hi LIndsey Viscomi - sorry to hear that you're still having a little trouble. If you're getting stuck in this step of the onboarding process, I recommend following these steps to manually install your site's Ads.txt file. Your host may be able to assist with if you need a hand.

I had this issue! Resolved by going through my host, to my security platform. A firewall can block this sort of thing, I just had to enter the txt to specifically allow it through and it was solved! Also, make sure all caches are cleared from the host, security, CNS etc - any systems you have that run in the background!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
