Verification email not arriving
Hi I got the email to say I was eligible for Journey, but I am not getting the verification email to get started. I keep trying and pressing continue and it doesn't arrive. I also got the verification email from zendesk for this forum so I could post here!. So it is not my email address that has a problem. Please help.

Hi Reed , I just sent over another verification email to you. If you still aren't receiving it to your normal inbox, please double check that you're checking the email associated with your Journey account and make sure it's not showing up in your spam folder.

Hi,
I received an email today notifying me that I was accepted into Journey. When l log into my Grow account and try to follow the steps to get started, I'm stuck on the first step, verifying my email. I did not receive the email. It is not in my spam folder. Any help with this would be appreciated!

Hi, I would prefer that you send it to the one that ends with montanahomesteadharvest.com, however, the other one you mentioned would also work if necessary. But the one you mentioned is not the email associated with the blog I'm trying to monetize with Journey. Either way, I did not receive the email that you resent. It's not in either mailbox, and not in spam folders. Thanks for your assistance!

Follow-up: I received an email today, but it was to my homestead email, and as you said, it wouldn't let me verify with it; The notification said I wasn't the account holder. I guess I need it resent to hildaskitchenblog email again… 🤦🏽♀️

Hi Hilda Sterner — email verification when onboarding will always go to the email address that's associated with the ‘owner’ role. In this case, it's the email tied to hildaskitchenblog.com.
It sounds like you accepted the email while logged into the other user account you have on your account. I am seeing that you've gone through onboarding, but let me know if you have any other questions!0 -
