    Hello,

Sophie from https://foodzesty.com/:  For the past few days, I have been unable to see RPM, Sessions, and Pageviews.  I'm not sure what is going on.

    Hello again,

It has been about a week, and I still can't see RPMs, Sessions, or Pageviews on my Dashboard. Can anyone help? https://foodzesty.com/:

    Thank you

    Sophie

Hi Julie Butler - thanks for following up! Our engineers are currently working on a fix for the behavior you're seeing. In brief, journey is attributing session data to two different versions of your URL - one includes a “/” at the end, the other does not.

You're still earning accurate revenue on these posts, the numbers just look a little off since Journey is splitting the session data to one version of a post in your top pages report, and the revenue data to another version.

We'll have an update in the future to normalize this behavior so that earnings/session data is accurate.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
