Hi Abdelhaq el mannir! I just took a look at the site, and it looks like the Grow script on our site is formatted a little bit differently than the script that you'll find in the Install Grow Script section of your dashboard. This looks to be keeping the script from working properly so that sessions aren't being tracked as they should. With fewer sessions being tracked, the RPM can be inflated as you're seeing.

So what you'll want to do is add the Grow script to the site again exactly as it is in your dashboard. That should get it working properly so that it can count all sesssions, and you should see the RPM adjust accordingly after that. Thanks!

Hey John (& Abdelhaq / All),

I trust my message finds you well. I have only joined Journey for couple of months and I am facing a lot of issues with my weird RPM, CPM and earnings.

Would you please be so kind to have a look also to my case when you might have few moments available, as I am investing a lot of time, energy and financial resources into gaining this valuable traffic and if it goes waste then it is really problematic for me.

Not sure what is allowed to share - but added some print screens for April and March to have an idea.

    Warm regards.

Hey Kosmo – I looked over your site to see if there were any technical issues, and I noticed your site has a Journey ad script installed that does not match the script in your Journey dashboard. Having multiple ad scripts installed could impact ad performance, so you'll want to remove the following ad script from your site:

To remove the risk of conflicts, you'll want to make sure that the only ad script that's installed is the one that's provided in your Journey dashboard, and that only one instance of that script is installed. You'll also want to make sure your ads.txt file is up to date as well to maximize earnings.

Hey Guys - just replying to the message above, as performed the following steps below and still have at least one challenging:

    - my header's site Journey ad script installed = should now match the ad script in my Journey dashboard - kindly please check.

    - I have also updated my ads.txt file - kindly please check.

    - I was not able to identify and to remove the following ad script from my site - if you could kindly provide more details?

    - still, managed to exclude JS - “scriptwrapper” in Breeze settings - File optimization. Not sure if helpful or correct - please let me know?

    Warm regards.

Kosmo, I just checked on your site, and it looks like we're still seeing that second Journey script. Running multiple instances of the Journey script can cause issues ranging from analytics reporting to Journey's ability to serve ads on your site. If you haven't yet been able to identify the second instance of the script, I recommend connecting with your host.

Additionally, you'll want to make sure that your version of the Grow Script you're currently running on your site has been replaced with the version found in your Dashboard under Grow Settings > Install Grow Script

    Hey Guys,

Even though previuously seemed to be fine, I am getting this error recently - “Your ads.txt is missing or out-of-date.”

As instructed - as I am using Grow for WP - used troubleshoot here → and got this message -  Ads.txt is Updated. In my Breeze, Cloudflare plugins - Cleared All Cache.

Still, in my Grow Dashboard still getting - Ads.txt Out-of-Date ? How can I kindly solve it?

    Warm regards.
