    Hey Ehtesham Shahid - Should the 1st ever fall on a holiday or weekend, the payment will be submitted on the following business day. Because the 1st fell on a Saturday this month, payments were submitted on the 3rd.

    Processing times rely heavily on individual banking institutions. Once submitted for payment, it typically takes funds a few business days to post to the accounts. Once the payment has been submitted, we do not have a way to speed up the process.

    Hi Mary.

    Can you kindly explain the difference between submitted and processing. Because some hours back my February payment status was showing processing but now i am seeing submitted. Does that mean it's no longer going to be sent? 

    Kind of confused.

    Is your payment method is local bank transfer and are you based in India and banking with HDFC? Because for me as well, in the dashboard I see that payment approval on Feb 3 but till today I haven't received any message or email either from bank or tipalti.

    You may need to check with payment team at Mediavine.

    I have the same issue this month.  I have a Mediavine site and a Journey site.  I have received funds for my Mediavine site, but not for my Journey site.  Mine is also marked ‘submitted’ and has been for over 24 hours now.  I haven't received any message from Journey, Mediavine, Tipalti or the bank.

    Mine has been on "processing" since 3rd February, 2025. It has never happened like this…

    Mine now says paid - and I have a mail to that effect from Mediavine - but no funds showing yet in my bank account yet!!!!

    Hey Fiona Maclean & Jamiu Lawal - I just checked and your payments are showing as paid. Sometimes after it's paid it can take a moment to reflect in your bank statement, but those funds have been paid! 

    Henrietta Nne - I took a look, and your payment is still showing as processing. I reached out to our payments team and it looks like it's still processing through your bank. If you don't see that status change in the next day or so, please check with your bank and/or write back to us.

    Fiona Maclean - The timing of when the payment hits your account depends on the processing time of your bank. Sometimes, it can take a few hours, and other times, I've seen it show up the next day. It really varies depending on the institution.

    For mine as well, payment status is still showing the processing since last 3 days. I have also sent an email to the payments team at Mediavine but didn't hear back anything from them yet. What's happening? Can you pl guide me to get my money into my bank account?

    Hello. Even my payment status is showing as “submitted” since 3rd Feb. Previous month I got payment within 3 days after the “Submitted” status. Same bank account. Indian bank account (PNB Bank) with Local Bank Transfer option selected. If possible, can you please check what's the issue? or will I need to wait longer

    Support I'm having the same problem but my bank is a US Bank. It's stuck on “submitted”. I've contacted my bank and they say nothing is showing that it has came through or even been submitted to them.

    Thanks Support  for the info. Just now cecked my mail from mediavine and my bank statement afte  waking up and I am happy to say that I have received my payment. Seems like eCheck issue in INR has been solved

    I'm wondering how long more do wait for the funds to be reflected on PayPal as it's still showing submitted? This is my first time receiving the funds, so I'm a bit worried about potential issues in the payment.

    It's showing “submitted” for me as well for the last few days. I've selected paypal as my payment option so usually I get an email as soon as I receive them.

    Hi, mine has been showing as submitted for about three days now. I'm paid via PayPal. Could you take a look please as I'm really concerned it hasn't come through. I haven't had any emails from Journey or Tipalti.

    My payment status is showing as “submitted” since 3rd February. I have selected Paypal as my preferred payment method. I haven't received any message from Mediavine, Paypal, Tipalti or the bank. Please check and clear the payment as soon as possible. I am always getting paid late every month.

    Jasveena R. Prabhagaran - I just checked your dashboard and it's showing as Paid!  You can always check your payment status by going to your Dashboard > Payments tab > View Payments History.

    I did not receive payment for the month of November. Please send me the payment of November to the account of my local bank Meezan Bank. The payment method I have changed, I have to get the payment of December in the method. At the moment, you send me to the month of November, send me to Meezan Bank account.
