    Hey Julie!

Would you mind taking another look at your Grow Analytics and letting us know if you're still seeing  0 pageviews? Everything looks good when I check your site on my end, so I wanted to confirm if you're still seeing this issue on your end, and I also wanted to ask if this the first time you've run into this problem.

Also, if you still aren't seeing the pageviews, would you mind sending a screenshot of the entire page that you're looking at? Thanks!

    Hello,

It does look different from yesterday, but it's still off. This is what I'm seeing today:

The first url doesn't exist (and I didn't see it yesterday). The correct URL is: https://giftideahub.com/fun-st-patricks-day-party-ideas/#Food_and_Drink_Selections (it's a link to a section created by the table of content)- It has gotten around 80 page views. (I have several more broken URLs like this appearing in Grow reporting)

#2 has gotten 738 pageviews according to analytics

#3. 441 views and so on, each has hundreds of pageviews. (just the Easter post makes sense, it has gotten only 6 pageviews).

I did have a somewhat similar issue in the past: https://journeymv.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/31296434781979-Session-reporting-way-off-for-some-posts The pageviews were way off but the earnings seemed to make sense and no one replied… so I didn't look further into things.

    Thank you for your help.

Thanks for that additional information, Julie! I've escalated this to our engineers so they can look into this further. We'll be sure to update you as soon as we have more information, and we appreciate your patience while we look into this.

Hey Julie Julien - thanks again for your patience! We've made some changes to how Grow displays analytics in the dashboard, and it looks like this may have helped with your original question. When you find the time, could you take a quick look and let me know if this looks good?

If there's a specific date-range that you're still seeing looks off, let me know the dates you're looking at and I would be happy to take a look.

    Hey,

Yes, it's still looking off. I'm still seeing 0 page views and low earnings for pages that got hundreds of views according to Google Analytics.

Date range is December 31st to January 30th.

The Galentine's brunch got 163 views (earnings could be accurate for this one)

The Winter bucket list got 609 views.

The yearly-goal-ideas got 1,150 page views

    Thank you for your help.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
