I was looking for an answer to the same question Shaun Marrs asked earlier in this thread. Do we always need to request a manual recrawl, or does the script automatically recrawl the site after a certain period?

I'm currently updating the themes and creating new post types, and I've noticed that ads aren’t showing up. Since I’ll be making several updates in the coming weeks, I’d like to understand whether I’ll need to keep requesting recrawls each time or if the system handles that automatically.

I'm not seeing any in-content ads on my site—just adhesion, stick sidebar, and video ads. Is there a way to get one or two ads to appear in the content?

Andre, Journey will automatically rescrape your site, but this is something we can force on our end as well when needed.

Michael Could you let me know which site this is in reference to?

It’s both of my sites. Are you able to see them based on my account information? I don’t necessarily want to mention them publicly.

Michael it looks like Journey was able to rescrape both sites - I noticed that the content on one of your sites doesn't have the typical ‘long form blog content’ the script likes to see when placing in-content ads.

    Hello Journey Mediavine team,

My website armorsound.com only has adhesion ad, video ad, and sidebar ad visible. But the in content ad are not showing up anywhere at all on my website single post entries. Can you please assist me with this issue?

Hi Keith Ericksen , I had our script recrawl your site and now I'm seeing in-content ads on your posts.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
