Similar problem here with my site….ads are showing but ads.txt out of date message still shows up.  Very frustrating….I am sure many others have the same problem.  Really wish there was support available on Journey.

Hey Kuan Yin Chen - It looks like your ads.txt is showing as up to date currently and I'm seeing ads on your site when I go look.

Gloria Barr - When I look at your ads.txt it's showing it's still connected to Ezoic which is why you're probably getting that error in the dashboard. I'm not sure if it's still connected to Ezoic through your Ads.Txt Manager but that's probably why the Journey Dashboard is showing that it's out of date.

Another option would be adding a redirect to our servers so you don't have to manually update the ads.txt file any time there's an update, and you can read instructions on how to do that here.

Thanks for checking, Mary. I kinda fixed it by myself minutes after I posted the question. But the reason I am posting…is that my ads.txt was there when I checked when the warning pops up. Before, when it was gone, it was gone. Sounds like a tongue twister but It's a bit confusing.

Would you mind sharing how you fixed it? My ads.txt gets reset daily.

At first, I thought it might have been my Ad Inserter plugin but it's still happening after I switched to AdRotate. It doesn't matter if I create an ads.txt manually or just ‘Enable Journey Script’ - it only lasts 1 day before I get the alert on Journey again.

Sorry to hear that, David. I just fixed my ads.txt today too. From the comment here I realized that mediavine updates thier ads.txt so we have to update ours. I downloaded the new ads.txt and uploaded through cpanel and it's done.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
