Hey Julie - it looks like Journey could be hitting a cached version of your Ads.txt file - clearing out all sitewide, serverside, and CDN caching should do the trick.

Having the same issue. Cleared out my cache and my cloudflare, no change.

I also have this issue. I follow all of the instructions, manually installing the ads.txt and it says okay after I clear my cache. A few weeks later, it's out of date again. I've done this at least 5x this year.

Hi Liz Brumer-Smith ! Posting my response to you here as well in case it helps others in the future - the ads.txt file has to update whenever a partner is added or removed from the file, so it's normal for it to show as out of date periodically when it needs to be updated.

To avoid this issue in the future though, I would recommend adding a redirect to our servers so you don't have to manually update the ads.txt file any time there's an update, and you can read instructions on how to do that here.

    Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
