Payment to Payoneer

I want to receive my payment bia payoneer. But I can't find any option to add Payoneer in my journey payment option. There is only 2 options “Wire Transfer or Hold My Payments”. How can I add Payoneer here? Look at the screenshot below.

Hey there! These are the payment options we offer.
