sticky ad

When I open my site on my desktop, a sticky ad appears in the middle of the screen and covers most of the text, making it very difficult to read the content and creating a terrible user experience.
How can I remove this ad ? Thanks

Hey Susana - thanks for writing in! It can take a day or two for Journey to ‘learn’ where to place optimized ad placements, but since this one is intruding on your post content, I've gone ahead and manually removed this ad placement so it no longer overlaps.

Hi Susan Calvert ! Could you send a link to a post where you're seeing this behavior and a screenshot? Ads look normal on our end. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem except mine is blocking my cookie accept button so Google has dinged me on this. Is there a way to disable the bottom sticky ad on my blog?

Hi Erin Moreland !
In the past, we've found that Journey publishers have been able to make adjustments to the placement of widgets at the bottom of the screen by either adjusting a placement setting in the widget's settings or adding a few lines of CSS to the site to move the widget from below the adhesion ad.However, if you would like to disable the ad entirely, you can check out this help document for more information. We do not recommend removing the adhesion ad because it is one of the most profitable ad units, but if you would still like to remove it, that article should help.
