Being accepted into Journey doesn't mean an automatic approval with Mediavine. Mediavine still has strict quality guidelines from our partners. There are additional analytics that Grow is gathering from Journey sites that give us some additional insight into your traffic, so that part is a huge help in the Mediavine application process!

    Hi Karla,

If we are nearing the requirements for Mediavine, do we follow the normal application process or is there a different way to go about applying?

    Thanks!

    Hi Diana,
Please follow the normal application process for Mediavine! Just be sure to note that you're ad provider is Journey so we can keep an eye out!

Once accepted into Mediavine do I need to give notice to Jouney that I will be moving to Mediavine? I have asked in my acceptance to Mediavine, but haven't heard back. I wasn't sure how it worked since Journey and Mediavine are in the same company?

Hey Emily Holverson - This is a great question. Since we're all under the same Mediavine umbrella, you wouldn't need to submit an official notice to Journey.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
