    Hi Alissa,

When it comes to ads on WordPress pages, we deliberately don't place in-content ads on those pages.  We only show in-content ads on posts.

However, if you're also requesting to block ads like the adhesion ad and the Universal Video Player, there currently isn't any functionality to apply that kind of block across all pages.  So using blocklist code would be your best approach for the time being or to see if there's a WordPress plugin out there that can inject HTML onto WordPress pages only.

However, if you're seeing in-content ads on pages, just let us know where they are and we'll be happy to take a look.

This is great feedback though and we can share this with the team since we're still looking to make Journey a more robust offering!

Oh that's actually very helpful - thank you! I did notice I was only seeing the banner ad at the bottom of the page, but I figured the rest of the ads just hadn't populated yet.

That makes it less urgent for me to insert the code.

Is the same true of the home page and category pages? I haven't been able to figure out how to insert code on category pages.

    Hi Alissa,

Yes, absolutely. In-content ads won't be targeted on the homepage, category pages, or other pages on the site - only on posts. Thanks!

I'm glad you asked this Alissa. I'd like to remove the ads from my homepage and service pages because my customers are complaining. IS there any way to do this?

For reference, here's the article that goes over how to use blocklist code to block ads on specific pages of your site.

    Hi Support

I'm unsure which string of code to use for my site. I have elementor and want the ads gone from my homepage and service pages… would I use the “all ads” code on each page that I want the ads removed from?

Hey Chelsea Wiltse - that's correct! The ‘All Ads’ code on the help doc article Rachel provided can be used to block all ads on any post or page where that code is embedded on.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
