Once an account has been created, we are unable to change the email address associated with the account owner. This policy is in place to help protect the integrity and security of our platform for all users.
If you'd like to grant access to a different email address within your Grow Publisher Portal, you can add that address as an Administrative user or a Contributor. These instructions will guide you through the process.
A new application may be required under the following circumstances, including, but not limited to:
- Changes to the Payment Profile, such as name, date of birth, address, or banking details
- A change to the email address associated with the account owner
- In cases of a compromised or breached owner email address
- Transferring ownership between family members
Please note that each case is reviewed individually, and approval is not guaranteed. Because a new application is required, there will be a lapse in monetization until the new application is reviewed.
Grow will need to be reinstalled under the new owner’s account in their Grow Publisher Portal. Next, you will need to reinstall Grow on your site.
Option 1: Install the Grow plugin for WordPress (recommended!)
Option 2: Install manually with the script tag

Note: If you are manually installing the script tag, you will need to make sure to remove any Grow script from the previous owner. Having duplicate scripts can sometimes cause conflicts with how Grow reads/evaluates your site.
