How long they do usually reply? It's been 30+hrs and no update on my email.

I have the same problem. My Dec's earning was just $91 and it was not rolled over in my January's payment. I received the payment earlier but just for January. 

I just follow the onboarding guide before and I am sure I did it correctly.

But I can see this on those pages.
