My payment of a month is missing
My payment of December is missing. I know i can see it via the analytics, i am aksing about why it is not transfered to my payment account. The minimum pyament threeshold was not met in december so it will be transfered to the next. Now when i saw the Pyament history it is showing only the payment of January, where did the december payment go ?

Hey Furqan - Right now, the payment overview page only shows the next three upcoming payments. However, we are working on a re-design to show additional payments there in the future. Rest assured, any payments that have yet to be paid out are not lost and would automatically roll over to your next payment where the threshold is met and would show in the breakdown of that payment's invoice.

I know it won't lost. But the payment invoice is only showing the payment of January (250$) and the status shows Processed. It isn't showing the earnings of december. There is no mention of december.

I have the same problem. My Dec's earning was just $91 and it was not rolled over in my January's payment. I received the payment earlier but just for January.

Hi,
I’m reaching out because I haven’t received any updates regarding my payment. In December, I didn’t meet the threshold, so my earnings were supposed to roll over and combine with January’s, which I’m expecting this month (April).
While I see other publishers have received payments, mine hasn’t been processed yet, and my payment history isn’t showing up. I’ve emailed payments@journeymv.com but haven’t gotten a response in the last two days.

I received a reply after 48 hours. They asked about the website, and I haven't heard anything from them since.
