Site Sale Form- Question

Regarding the site sale form, lets suppose the website is currently approved under my dashboard ( We call it Dashboard A) and I go through the site sales form to transfer website to new owner ( we call it Dashboard B). Incase after reevaluating, the website cannot be accepted on Dashboard B, will it be removed from Dashboard A ( originally where it was approved) or it will continue to remain in Dashboard A and simply rejected at Dashbaord B ?

When a site is sold, it is transferred to the buyer. It is removed form the owner's dashboard. It will only appear in the current owner's dashboard.
