Site Speed is Abysmal and CLS

My site speed has taken a significant hit and I'm also getting a lot of CLS since implementing MV. I've tried everything to optimize with no success and it looks like I can't even temporarily disable Journey to do some testing? Am I misisng something?

You can add ?test=killswitch to the end of your URL to test your site without any Journey script running.
