Cant' Add website

I recently purchased a website and I am now the current owner and operator of the site.

While trying to add the site to the Grow Publisher Portal, I received a message saying that the site is already verified under another Grow account. Unfortunately, I do not currently have contact with the previous owner, so I am unable to request access from them.

Could you please help remove the previous verification or transfer the site so that I can verify it under my Grow account?

If needed, I can provide proof of ownership, domain registrar screenshots, or any other verification required.
