Having an issue while setting up my payment information
Hi, I’m having an issue while setting up my payment information and wanted to check if anyone else has experienced this.
When I tried to set up my payee profile with Tipalti, I got this message:
“We encountered an issue setting up your payee profile with Tipalti. Edit your profile or reach out to Tipalti for assistance at supplieronboarding@tipalti.com..”
In the payment mmethodmmethodethodmmethodmmethodethodethodethod, I selected “Hold my payment.” Could this be the reason why this error is showing?
