Pop Up Ads Blocking Every Page on Desktop and Mobile

For a long time, I've been getting complaints that pop up ads are completely blocking my webpages. I have verified this on desktop and mobile. It is NOT the video player at the bottom. They are actual pop up ads that completely cover the entire webpage. On desktop it is inconvenient but easy enough to close. On mobile, it is almost impossible to close because you can't navigate to the X to close it, and the entire page is covered with the ad. Again, I have tried it myself, and it is NOT the video ad at the bottom. You can see the video ad playing under this static pop up ad. I have searched all the help articles and community forum, but it hasn't helped.

How can I disable these pop ups? I'm fine with all the other ads and ad density, but I am getting so many complaints people can't read the article because of the pop up.

    Hi Tammy King , 

    I checked out your site and I'm not seeing any large popup ads. Could you link to a particular post that you're seeing them on? Also if you could provide a screenshot of what you're seeing, that would be helpful.

    It's always been in incognito browsing mode, so I'm assuming it's always first time visitors to my site. It has happened on every page I've tried - home page, multiple blog posts, etc. But I've only had it happen once per session. If I go to another page during the same session, it won't happen again. Only when I close the page and open a new incognito page, it happens again. It usually takes about 20+ seconds before it pops up. Earlier, it was only static ads, but all the screenshots I just did were all video ads popping up.
