trouble connecting GA4 to my site

Hi. I’m having trouble connecting GA4 to my site. I tried selecting both available GA4 properties in the Journey dashboard, but each one shows “does not contain any data.”

However, in my GA4 account, I can see that the property is active and receiving traffic data.

Could you please help me check which GA4 property I should connect to, or if there’s anything else I need to fix?

    Yuan Could I have you double check that the Google account that you're signing into on your Journey Dashboard is the same as the Google Account where you're seeing data?
