Tipalti payment setup stuck – error after completing all steps
Hello,
I completed all steps of the Tipalti payment setup for my site.
I selected “Hold My Payments” as the payment method and submitted my Non-US Person tax form successfully.
However, the dashboard still shows “An error occurred” and I cannot finish the setup.
The Journey Settings page does not show any payment options anymore.
Could you please reset my Tipalti setup or manually mark it as completed?

Hi laidesownerrecipes — I just checked your dashboard, and it looks like you've successfully gone through onboarding. Could I have you access your dashboard in a new incognito browser window, and let us know if this helps?
