Error when connecting payment information for first time
Hi there,
I'm trying to get set up for the first time and verified my identity and all the other things, but after putting in my bank details and the tax information as a non US person, I see the quickest of flashes of a note to say I've been set up, but then it says “An error occured” with a button below to “finish setting up with Tipalti”
I've clicked and checked everything three times but it keeps saying it.
Is there a glitch at the moment or a trick I'm missing?

Amanda it looks like we're seeing an active payment profile for your account. If you're still seeing this error, could I have you try logging out and back into your dashboard?
